The Home Secured Commitment™ reflects New Latitude’s outcome-focused approach to Home Finding. Our process is designed to take clients from property search towards a secured suitable rental home through targeted shortlisting, inspections and application support.
What the Commitment means
The Home Secured Commitment™ reflects the way New Latitude approaches Home Finding: with a clear focus on securing a suitable rental rather than simply completing a fixed set of search tasks.
What is included
The standard Home Finding service includes a dedicated Client Manager, targeted property shortlisting, up to 6 on-the-ground property inspections, property manager liaison and application support appropriate to the client’s package.
What is a suitable rental?
A suitable rental is a property that materially aligns with the agreed Home Finding brief, including the agreed location parameters, rental budget and core property requirements, taking into account availability and prevailing market conditions.
Rental application decisions
Approval of any particular rental application remains at the discretion of the landlord, owner or property manager. The Home Secured Commitment™ does not represent a guarantee of approval for a particular property.
Client responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, required application documentation, timely responses and reasonable cooperation throughout the Home Finding process.
Changes to the brief
If the client materially changes the agreed budget, location, property requirements or timing, New Latitude may review the Home Finding brief to ensure the search remains realistic and achievable.
Service terms

Consumer rights
Nothing in the Home Secured Commitment™ limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
